Our family had a wonderful experience at Casa Do Vinho Sintra Guest House. The room was spacious and clean, featuring a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delightful, with a variety of options that fueled our day of exploring the beautiful historic sites nearby.
Parking can be a little tricky.

the shower was a total disaster and the noise from the neighbors was unbearable. I mean, how does a guest with a dog even get in? I woudl ve been more than happy with a room upgrade as compensation, but apparently, that’s too much to ask. I almost left a good review, but I just couldn’t.

ideal location for touring, charming historic decor, strong water pressure in showers
The parking situation is a nightmare!!! Guests struggled to find adequate parking. Communication about suspicious bathroom odors needs major improvement!!! Also, better signage would help with the confusion of finding the main entrance!!!

Excellent location near the historic center, making it easy to explore on foot. Our room was spacious and tastefully furnished. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, though the thin walls allowed for some noise from other guests, which can be a distraction at times.

Recommend it for couples looking for charm
The location is ideal! It’s peaceful yet right near the historic area. The garden is perfect for unwinding after all those castle hikes.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the value, I’d say it’s acceptable.
